We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all first-time purchases of any Neuro Essence product. If you are unhappy for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping).
Note: This policy applies to first-time customers only. Refunds are limited to one unit per product.
To initiate a return or refund:
Email us at support@neuroessence.co with your order number and reason for return.
A member of our support team will provide return instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Return Conditions
Products must be returned (even if opened) in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We do not refund shipping fees from the original order.
Orders returned after 30 days of delivery.
Final sale or promotional items.
Subscription renewals (you may cancel future charges anytime before the renewal date).
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting support. Cancellations must be made prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
